Why do the times differ from my mosque's?
Minare works out prayer times with the selected calculation method for your exact coordinates. The default method follows your country; in Türkiye it is Diyanet, with Diyanet’s official adjustments. If your mosque’s times differ, choose another method in Settings → Method or add a minute adjustment to each prayer.
Does Minare work offline?
Yes. Prayer times, notifications, the qibla, the calendar, the monthly timetable and nearby mosques all work without an internet connection. You need a connection only to draw a route in Journey and to buy or restore Minare Pro.
Adhan notifications do not arrive. What can I do?
On your iPhone, check that notifications are on in Settings → Notifications → Minare and that no Focus is silencing Minare. On Android, allow Minare’s notifications and the “Alarms & reminders” permission in the phone’s settings. Inside Minare, choose which prayers to be notified about in Settings. Notifications are scheduled on the device, so opening the app every few days keeps the schedule fresh.
The qibla compass seems off.
Calibrate the compass by moving the phone in a figure 8, away from magnetic cases, speakers and metal surfaces. The qibla angle is measured from true north; without a compass you can use the angle on the map.
How do I cancel or restore Minare Pro?
In the app, tap Settings → Minare Pro → Manage subscription, or open Subscriptions in your App Store account settings; on Android, open Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions in Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. On a new device, tap Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account (on Android, the same Google account); Minare needs no account of its own.
A khatm invite link does not open.
Khatm invites open in the Minare Qur’an app, which is coming soon to the App Store. You can also type the 8-character invite code shown on the invite page into the app.
How do I delete my data?
Minare has no accounts; your data is on the device and is removed when you delete the app. If you turned on the Live Activity, the anonymous list of prayer times sent to our server is deleted when you turn the setting off, and expires on its own within 9 days at the latest. In Minare Qur’an you can delete your account inside the app. The privacy policy has the details.
